When applicable, 'Change' vs 'Snapshot' highlights percentage change vs one period level for the chosen metric. Where you see 'ZVHI' in the selection field, this indicates data pulled from Zillow's Home Value Index at the zipcode level (CL suffix is city-level). The tags 'sfr' or '2br' stand for 'single-family residence' and 'two bedroom', etc. The 'annual' and 'monthly' sections denote the fields for which the data is available annually or monthly.
